Founded in the mid-nineteenth century, our client was then little more than a home business run from a chemists shop; today they have a turnover of Ј600 million.
Due to ongoing investment they are now looking for Lead Technicians to join their forward thinking workforce.
You will be required to operate and maintain primary and secondary on-site production machinery, undertake and propose production improvements, and actively participate in problem solving processes.
Duties will also encompass utilising TMP frameworks and working alongside the Team Co-ordinator to ensure long term skill development and machine modifications are identified and incorporated into site plans.
The ideal candidate will have previous exposure to a high-speed FMCG environment within a production capacity and have hands on knowledge of manufacturing and production processes and procedure.
Health & Safety awareness is also desirable.
